All transactions on 288 Vin — deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, cashback and VIP rewards — are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees and no exchange rate risk. The balance shown in your account is your PKR balance.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 288 Vin reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period, subject to prior notification by email. The fee will not reduce your balance below zero. You can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.
All bets placed on 288 Vin are final once confirmed. Before confirming a bet, please check the stake amount, the selection, and the odds displayed. Once the confirmation screen has been accepted and the bet slip submitted, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended under any circumstances.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts are set per market and per event. These limits are shown on the bet slip before confirmation. 288 Vin reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including reducing limits for individual players where unusual betting patterns are identified.
Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. In-play odds change continuously in line with match events. The odds confirmed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet — changes after confirmation do not affect an accepted bet. Markets available include pre-match and in-play options for cricket (PSL, T20, Test matches, international fixtures), football, esports and other events listed on the sports page.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or postponed without being rescheduled within a specified period; an obvious pricing error; evidence of match manipulation; or technical errors that caused the bet to be accepted at incorrect odds. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your account balance.
In-play betting markets are available for selected cricket and football events. Due to the real-time nature of in-play markets, there may be a brief delay between an event occurring and the market being suspended. 288 Vin reserves the right to void in-play bets where there is clear evidence that the bet was placed after the outcome was already determined.
288 Vin offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, bingo bonuses and event-specific promotions tied to PSL and international cricket fixtures. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published on the Promotions page and should be read carefully before opting in.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Where a wagering requirement applies, it must be met entirely before a withdrawal request can be processed on funds derived from that bonus.
All bonuses carry an expiry date by which wagering requirements must be completed. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been wagered through within the stated time period will be removed from your account automatically. Expiry dates are shown in the bonus section of your account.
288 Vin actively monitors bonus usage. If we identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — we reserve the right to void the bonus, withhold associated winnings and close the accounts involved.
The 288 Vin VIP programme is a five-tier loyalty scheme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite — that rewards players based on their wagering activity. Tier progression is calculated automatically based on qualifying wagering volume over rolling monthly and annual periods, as detailed on the VIP page.
Benefits at each tier include weekly cashback (ranging from 3% at Bronze to 20% at Elite), improved withdrawal processing speeds, access to exclusive promotions and — at Platinum and Elite tiers — a dedicated account manager. All cashback and rewards are credited in PKR.
VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. If qualifying wagering volume drops below the threshold for your current tier, your tier may be adjusted at the next review point. You will receive notification before any downgrade takes effect.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical outages, maintenance windows or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
